Erin McDermott Jewelry GIVEAWAY

Well readers, I am movin' on up in the blogging world and announcing my very first Giveaway.  Thanks to a gracious invitation from the talented Erin McDermott, one lucky reader will win a pair of these Christy Earrings! 



As a fellow school mate of Erin's, I have been admiring her work for ages.  Erin graduated high school a few years ahead of me but her mother, being my French teacher, kept me informed on all of Erin's accomplishments post-grad.  In college, Erin studied jewelry design at NYC's illustrious Fashion Institute of Technology where she perfected her craft.  She is now a successful entrepreneur in Charlotte and her elegant creations have quickly become a favorite of brides and fashionistas alike.  In fact, she was even featured in this month's issue of Real Simple!


Unlike most jewelry, Erin's pieces are extremely versatile.  I wore Erin's Whitney Earrings to a black tie wedding one week, then on a casual dinner date the next.  Erin's impeccable taste and fine-tuned craftsmanship make her pieces a hit with women everywhere.

    I want Sandy Toes. I love the turquoise and coral. I seriously love them all but these are a pair of my favorite. All of them are awesome.

    This was very difficult (probably because I was hard-pressed to find a single piece I didn't like), but if I had to choose one it would be the Nadine Earrings. The coral and gold is just so elegant! What a beautiful collection!

    The gold everyday look perfect for... Everyday. The sandy toes are so cute though and make a statement! also I think the Janie look adorable. The whole collection looks to be a success!!

    I love the Georgia earrings! They look like they would be great for every day wear, but coudl also work for fancier events! Multi-functionality at its best!

    They are all amazing! I wear my Whitney earrings all the time, somehow they work perfectly with every outfit. Rhythm & Blues are my favorite right now. I might just have to go ahead and get them!

    My favorite item from Erin's site would have to be the Warm Wildflower Pearl necklace. I absolutely adore pearls of all shapes and sizes, freshwater and saltwater. I actually purchased this necklace for my mother as a present to her for helping with so much during my wedding. I love love love Erin's items and am thoroughly enjoying your blog. Take Care...

    I absolutely adore all of Erin's jewelry and love the fact I can support someone local in my area. If I had to pick, I would have to say the Jane-Garnet white pearl earrings are my absolute favorite. They scream simple elegance. They can be dressed up for a formal wedding, worn with a suit to the office, or simply jazz up a t-shirt and jeans for a night out on the town.

    The Everly earrings are definitely my favorite- the African turquoise is a beautiful yet unusual punch of color. Perfect with a sundress at the beach and transitions well into the night!

    I heart the Waverly Street Bracelet. I have been searching for the perfect pearl and gold bracelet for a while, saw the blog giveaway and there it was!

    Chetti, I absolutely love the Iceland Earrings. They are classic with a daring edge. These earrings would look great in a formal setting as well as with a crew neck tshirt and shorts. The collections are phenomenal, Erin is lucky to have you, because she just gained a new customer out of me!

    I LOVE the Cabo Coral Ring. Rings are just about the only jewelry I can wear that my 6-month old doesn't grab for. They are the only way I can still accessorize! Plus the color is AMAZING! How will we be contacted if we win??

    Great giveaway! I picked the "Whitney" earrings for my bridesmaids last fall, and would totally get the "Amelie" earrings for my new mother-in-law, who loves turquoise. (I'd get them for myself, as well, but haven't been able to wear earrings since I was ten thanks to a childhood accident with my little sister...)

    I love the Horseshoe necklace, as it reminds me of what a wonderful blessing and good luck the horse I rescued from going to slaughter is for me. He is truly a soul mate and such a wonder, that the horseshoe embodies his best qualities and a reminder of how wonderful he is and alive and well within the refined elegance of a gorgeous necklace.

    I tried to post this before so forgive me if it's a duplicate! I LOVE the hammered silver disc earrings. Most of my wardrobe is so casual that I always feel I can't "pull off" much. But these are perfect with everything I own plus a great excuse to go shopping!! Erin & Concetta --- so proud of both of you guys!
